Are there any tobacco blends or cigarette brands that don’t have all those nasty chemicals?

I would really enjoy natural tobacco effects more without worrying about future health problems. What’s the point of having all those terrible chemicals anyways? Marijuana doesn’t have one ounce of chemical in it and the effects are amazing.

Those new E-cigarettes. They supposedly don’t have the chemicals like normal cigarettes, so they don’t cause cancer. But do they still cause heart disease because they have nicotine? I’m under the impression it’s the carcinogens that cause cancer but the nicotine that causes heart disease. Is this accurate? Also, what is the best E-cigarette? There’s tons of reviews out there, but usually they are reviews on the same website as the E-cigarette

I’m afraid that you’re missing something… tobacco and marijuana both have chemicals in them. Even if you leave out all the additives that American (and other) cigarette companies add to tobacco to make it even more addictive, pure, natural tobacco´s effect is caused by nicotine, a sympathomimetic chemical. Further, even in its most natural state– tobacco grown organically, sun-dried and hand rolled without additives– it remains carcinogenic… the carcinogens are a ‘natural’ part of the tobacco plant, along with its sympathomimetic properties. Marijuana may not have "one ounce of chemical in it" , if you’re talking about only the chemical additives (that is, if you were to grow your own, since much of that which is sold on the street does have additives): the active agent in marijuana, tetrahydrocannabinol, is also a chemical, a psychotropic one. It’s the effect of that chemical on the brain that you’re calling amazing, and whose long-term effects are now demonstrably negative in terms of cognitive function.

Unfortunately, both ‘pure’ tobacco and ‘pure’ marijuana are full of chemicals, and both can have some significantly negative effects on the human body, particularly following long-term use (in addition to that nasty side effect of marijuana that is called "being arrested").

Either get pure tobacco and roll your own or get Sky Dancer or American Spirit from a tobacco shop. Sky Dancers are made by American Indians while American Spirits or made by Phillip Morris under license from American Indians.

Other then that you are smoking tobacco that is of the lowest quality and blended with over 100 chemicals including Urea and Ammonia.

Yes I know how you feel and the answer is yes. Smoke "Natural American Spirit" "Dunhill Fine Cut" and "Nat Sherman" . Google it you will see that they have no additives in them.

    There are chemicals in everything.

Technically speaking, NOTHING is designed to be smoked and inhaled. If you went out into your backyard every day and smoked leaves and twigs you’d get nasty chemicals.

Yes, we put alot of nasty chemicals in cigarettes, but even without them, the natural tobacco itself is very unhealthy to inhale.

If you want zero worry about inhaling chemicals, don’t smoke in any way shape or form, including non-inhalations and electronic cigarettes.

Well if you want to smoke without the chemicals then I would recommend that you try an electronic cigarette. This a similar to real cigarette, but without the harmful toxins. They are more expensive but they last longer and used battery so they can be charged. You should really look into that.

I think 50% of it for me is the action of smoking..the physical action of smoking and the other half was the actual nicotine. I quit after 5 years of smoking and my mother in law after 30 years with e-cigarettes.

To answer the safety question…common logic suggest they are MUCH MUCH safer than traditional cigarettes. 4000 chemicals vs a few and no tar, smoke or carcinogens. There hasnt been many studies done yet so most companies dont make health claims due to FDA regulations. THey are also much cheaper in the long run vs treaditional cigarettes.

I tried a few different brands before I found one that I like with the ProSmoke electronic cigarette. Their site is http://www.ProSmokeStore.com. Not spam, just offering you a choice since I had to buya few brands before I found one that tastes great and produced the same amount of vapor or more than a real cigarette. No reason to switch if it doesnt feel the same right?!!?

They also dont charge you every month for refills like other companies, you buy them as you need.

    Good luck!
