Whether the quote above is true or not, I know that I’ve personally experienced a much happier, healthier, and energized life when I choose to conciously create an alkaline environement.

I have read significantly, and learned the theory considerably from the effects of an acidic entire body environment. When the pH level in your body is unbalanced, almost any area of the body can be affected. For example, when the nervous system is made as a result of imbalance in the pH balance is shown in the form of depression. When the cardiovascular system is made we may experience heart disease or other heart problems, including the thickening and hardening of the arteries, coronary heard disease, pain or discomfort in the chest, heart disease, hypertension and heart failure. When muscles are effected we often feel fatigue and lack of energy. When the skin is effected by improper pH balance is aging faster than normal

Eating cereal you can eat less but feel full. Grains should comprise about 20% of your diet.

Drink water, hydrate, toma agua, and I’ll repeat it in as many ways, and as many languages as possible, drink water. Your body is made up of over 70% water, lets replenish it..
