How do you buy cigarettes from an Indian Reservation?

I live in Orlando, FL about an hour from Tampa, FL. Cigarette prices recently went through the roof here in Orlando. Around $46 for a carton of Marlboro cigarettes. I heard you can buy cigarettes from Indian Reservations for much cheaper (because of tax). In Tampa I guess there is an Indian Reservation. Has anyone done this before and where do you go to buy them? Thanks.

    You just walk in and ask for a carton and pay for it. You don’t need a special ID (aside from your license if you look young). We were up at Clear Lake in CA on vacation and got a couple cartons there. It’s like a normal store.
