Raising the tax on cigarettes has always been an option. But the higher you raise the tax the less
people smoke ( other than Barrack Obama). Thus revenues go down. In Canada they have no
anti Smoking program because that would be a bigger strain on their health care system.
You see you wait months for tests and operations..so you die off before you can cost society.
Until teachers are willing to be judged on performance we are just throwing money against the tides.
Teachers have IRON CLAD pension plans.
Good for them.. All we need are more saps like us to pay for them and other state and federal workers.

I remember getting candy cigarettes at gas stations but I can’t find them anywhere. Does anyone know where I can find some? I also want to know why they’re so hard to find.

I live in Canada and they are not permitted for sale here. Ever since cigarette smoking has been banned just about everywhere any facsimili is not permitted and candy cigarettes are not permitted because is was mostly children buying them.
Manufacturers will not produce an item if there is no sale to be expected.
