It is estimated that 90% of people who seek to quit smoking fail on their first attempt to quit.  Have you tried all the different ways to stop smoking, but you seem to just keep coming up short ?  The patch didn’t work, the gum didn’t work, the self help book or group didn’t work.  Does it seem like all your efforts have failed to get you to quit smoking?  If this description fits you , I may have the perfect solution for you.

There is a brand new product out called the electronic cigarette which could very likely help you quit smoking tobacco cigarettes.  The problem with most of the other methods of quitting smoking tobacco cigarettes is that for all of them, you are not actually holding a cigarette and puffing away .  Smoking is both an addiction and a habit .  Often, habits can be even harder to break than addictions .  People become so used to dragging on a cigarette , it sometimes becomes almost second nature , not to mention the satisfaction they get from the nicotine.

With the electronic cigarette, you can do something you cannot do with the other methods of stopping smoking.  You can 1) continue to smoke with the same frequency while decreasing your nicotine intake and 2) break your addiction to smoking and then work on breaking your habit of smoking.

This is possible due to the way the electronic cigarette (E-cig) works.  The E-cig contains cartridges which hold the nicotine.  These cartridges come in different nicotine strengths .  There is a high-nicotine cartridge, medium-nicotine, low-nicotine, and zero-nicotine cartridge.  To quit your addiction, you can first begin with the high-nicotine cartridge.  Use these for a little while and then switch to the medium-nicotine cartridge.  You can continue smoking with the same frequency but you will still be slowly weaning yourself from your dependence of nicotine .  Then, after a few more weeks , switch to the low-nicotine cartridge and then to the zero-nicotine cartridge.  Once you are smoking with the zero-nicotine cartridges, you have weaned yourself from your nicotine addiction and can now begin breaking your habit of smoking.  Or if you choose, you can just continue to smoke with the zero-nicotine cartridges with the satisfaction that you have rid of your addiction.

There are many, many other advantages to switching to the electronic cigarette, whether you implement it to quit or just as a healthier alternative to smoking tobacco cigarettes.  There are health benefits (the E-cig contains none of the harmful toxins and carcinogens found in tobacco cigarettes), financial benefits (save money), and social benefits (smoke anywhere even where smoking has been banned).

So whether you use the electronic cigarette to quit smoking or simply as an alternative to smoking tobacco cigarettes, you will be doing you and your body a huge favor in more ways than one.

Since 2006, the e-cig has attracted millions of people around the world who have switched from traditional cigarettes to the e-cigarette, also referred to as the “safe cigarette, the e-cigarette, and the smokeless cigarette“.

Electronic cigarettes share some aspects of there traditional counterparts, such as appearance, feel and taste of a normal cigarette. But the differences are substantial in that the “safe cigarette” gets it’s name because it produces none of the negative aspects of traditional smoking like tar, ignition (heat), up to 4000 types of chemical additives that often lead to respiratory and cardiac system diseases, nor the carcinogenic effects of traditional cigarettes. There are new mini electronic cigarettes that are consumers new favorite because they look and taste like a traditional cigarette. The most common smokeless cigarettes is none other than the original Smokeless Delite.

Ever since the Surgeon General
determined that cigarette smoking is hazardous to your health, cigarette companies have searched for ways to reduce tar and nicotine levels, in efforts to create a more safe smoking experience. Nothing, however, has ever come close to the electronic cigarette.

This revolutionary new smoking alternative, not only simulates cigarette smoke but also the temperature associated with dragging off a common cigarette (50-60 degrees Celsius), thus adding to the psychological habit without adding the hazardous substances which have proven to cause cancerous, including carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, hydrocyanic acid, acrolein, arsenic, lead and hydragyrum.

Smokeless cigarettes were first viewed with trepidation but more and more have become embraced by the public as well as the Medical Association. E-Cigarettes are now manufactured by a number of different companies throughout the US and China and are readily available across the United States and Europe, even the some of the most ardent skeptics have become believers once they try the electronic cigarette.

Adding to the safety benefits, the electronic cigarette has also been proven as a way for smokers to quit the habit, as the level of nicotine can be carefully monitored, thus giving the smoker the option of gradually lowering the level until he/she can quit without fear of withdrawals. Most electronic cigarette refill cartridges are available in full, medium, light and none, and while electronic cigarettes are not yet approved as smoking cessation
devices, the potential for the devices to be used as such is somewhat obvious.

It’s recommended that people who have demonstrated a sensitivity or allergy to nicotine, pregnant or breastfeeding, or who have unstable heart conditions should discuss the use of an electronic cigarette device with a doctor before using one. Additionally, electronic cigarettes may not be used by anyone under the legal smoking age in your state.

Many consumer are turning smokeless and loving the benefits they receive from it. You can find more valuale iformaition and a great video at smokelessdelite.com.

smoking is one of the top reasons why so many people age 18 and up are dying. 2100 people die a day because of this. Should we as the young community inform more about the whole fiasco, or should it be banned after all?

I think non-smokers should butt out.

Smokers already can’t smoke in so many places it isn’t funny – even when we were already separated before – it just seems like non-smokers have to whine and cry about EVERYTHING – go smoke a cig and chill out – besides – banning cigarettes would make alot of smokers homicidal and the first people we will be killing off is the whiny ass non-smokers who wouldn’t go the hell away and just mind their own f*cking business

Do you have unprotected sex and then use a public restroom – ever? then you are putting my life at risk and we should make that illegal also

I know the location of both fuse relay centers (under the hood & driver-side door), but the cigarette lighter fuse is not specified.

look in the owners manual and it tells which one helps control the circuit for the cig -lighter on it,it also controls other circuits on that car, you can also look on the back of the panel that you remove and it list them there also, the owners manual is the best source for finding this out, good luck.

When ever I play basketball Im out of breath really quick. If Im not smoking cigarettes and only smoking an e-cig will my ability to run for long periods of time increase???

I have a friend with asthma and COPD, who bought the Ecig. There are several kinds and she got the one without nicotine, but has had to wear the nicotine patches too. She says she’s already feelng better and thinks she’s really going to love it. They have them in our area now, but the dadgum starter kit is $69 plus tax…I would hate to pay that much and it not work dontcha know? She said they make them in nicotine free, regular, menthol, and low. You get a battery and 5 cartridges to start with. She said she was told it’s the tar and other chemicals in cigs that do the harm, not the nicotine?

She said she loves it because you can smoke it in places where smoking has been banned, there isn’t any smoke and no smell. She said there’s an atomizer that comes with it if you want the visual effects of smoke.

I have located both fuse boxes in my car, but have been unable to figure out which fuse delivers power to my cigarette lighter.

And if it’s not a fuse, any other ideas of what the problem may be?

Thank you all for your help!

the one your looking for is on the inside of the car ,if you,ll look in the owners manual it will tell which one is for the cig-lighter in it,i own one but have never had to replace a fuse in it yet, those are good cars though,if its not the fuse it will be the lighter or the socket that it plugs in to,or a wire loose on the back of it,those are simple to repair though, good luck with it.

I have a mobile Comm Radio (Tait T2000) for my car, but I don’t want to cut holes in my firewall to route wires. Is it possible to use the cigarette lighter/power supply to supply power to my radio, or does it have to have wires routed directly to the battery.

What is it at most…25 watts?
You should be able to power it from the cig lighter. At that power rating, it should only pull around 2 amps, give or take a half amp.

I’ve been smoking cigarettes when drinking for the past year. I will have from one cig to waking up and having no cigs left. I will occasionally smoke a cig when sober to relieve stress or to be social. Whats the best way to limit yourself from any cigarettes when you are drinking? Lately I’ve been trying to not smoke at all when drinking, but have been getting cravings. No haters please. Thank you in advance.

I am trying to quit smoking too and I found out everytime I have a drink I NEED a cigg. So I am giving up drinking till I can give up smoking.

We currently have 3rd lowest rate in US at $.18 per pack. Why would a state with some of the worst health issues in the US not raise tax on this harmful product?

I don’t know how it’s handled in MS, but here in MO it has to go to a vote at a general election. A huge cig tax increase was on the ballot back in November and it was defeated by a small margin.

Curious of the outcome, I asked around. Predictably I didn’t fnd a single smoker who voted for the tax. Surprisingly the non-smokers that I asked were about evenly split. Those who voted against it either said that it was way too high ($1.50 per pack) or that they were just against taxes in general.

I’m NOT trying to be racist, but, I have noticed that if i bum a cig off a black guy they always have Newports. It’s not just American blacks either, Somalians and other African peoples too.

They were heavily marketed in black communities as were certain malt liquors and other products.
