Cigarette

I live above a couple who object to smoking in their pretty little apartment. So, they light up outside and the smoke rises. They smoke like chimneys and so ive got to shut my windows just to get some fresh air. I shut them pretty hard so they know their smelly cig smoke rises. They dont care. Isnt it rude that they dont want to smell up their apartment but have no problem stinking up mine?

You need to actually speak to them, not just shut windows. Let them know nicely that it’s coming straight into your apt. and could they please smoke elsewhere? If that doesn’t work, tell landlord.

When your neighbors are manufacturing meth, and your other neighbors are running a crack house–who cares about banning cigarette smoke? I’m far more worried about an explosion, and the heavy "character" traffic.

It’s good to keep lit cigarettes away from the meth lab.
