When ever I play basketball Im out of breath really quick. If Im not smoking cigarettes and only smoking an e-cig will my ability to run for long periods of time increase???

I have a friend with asthma and COPD, who bought the Ecig. There are several kinds and she got the one without nicotine, but has had to wear the nicotine patches too.
