i find its stronger than smoking normal cigarettes but is it more harmful?

Well in general all smoking is harmful.
Most people find that normal roll-ups are stronger than mass produced epsecially if there’s no filter. But i think it might because whatever brand of cigarettes your using the tobacco from might have a higher amount of nicotine. You’ll have to compare the chemicals used in mass produced cigarettes and the products for roll-ups.

I’m a smoker (hopefully quitting with ecigarettes on the way) Used to mainly smoke cigarettes but over the last few months have been smoking "roll ups", loose tobacco you roll into a cigarette………..are there less chemicals in it compared to a manufactured cigarette? Thanks.
