   I didnt know that was Indiana’s new plan I’m for Evansville IN but I live in Fl so I hadn’t really heard anyways.

   Throughout history, property taxes funded government operations. The US needs to return to this principle, as the very wealthy do not pay their share, while they benefit most from government services and largesse.

   What happened to all the money the governator got for selling the road to outsiders? The tobacco companies gave the states enough money to fund healthcare but they spent it on projects instead of the intended uses?

   All you have to do is let the politicians dictate and they will screw it up every time. Education is the most important aspect of our society and even here the increases go to tenured teachers and more administrative jobs.So why are you surprised about the application of a cigarette tax.
