cigarette lighter fell apart. Put it back together but it seems it is not working. Don’t have manual. Can someone tell me which fuse could be blown?
The fuse box is under the hood. Are we talking about the same thing?
Cigar lighter fuse in the main fuseblock inside the car. A cigarette lighter is NOT to be used for a 12 volt adapter per the owners manual, BUT you can use the power port from a 2003 Galant if that’s what you use it for. Bolts right in.
How does a cigarette lighter "fall apart"? I have never heard of that happening, but if it did happen, it may not be a fuse, you may need to replace the unit itself.

Cigarette lighter fuse is located inside the car, under the dashboard on driver side. Open the fuses cover and check all fuses. if any fuse is blown, replace it with same number amp. If not, check the cigarette lighter’s ground wire (make sure it has a good tight contact with metal surface). if it’s still not working, you would have to replace the lighter unit.
